We guarantee the workmanship and quality of our products against any defects..  Charn & Company will replace any products that are defective with the same product.  Please inspect all orders upon receipt and notify us within 5 days of receipt to file any claims or damages.
 
In the event a damage occurs during shipping, please contact us within 12 days to file a claim with Fedex Ground.  All products are F.O.B. Santa Ana, California. As a courtesy, we can contact Fedex Ground and file a claim on the customer's behalf.  Please retain all original packaging so that Fedex Ground can pickup the damaged product and proceed with the claim.  To expediate the replacement of a damaged product, the customer may order and pay for the replacement product.  Charn & Company will make every effort to rush and replace the order.  Fedex Ground will reimburse the customer for the damages once a claim is approved.
 
Due to the custom nature of our company, all orders are non-refundable or returnable once production has commenced.  Orders must be received either in written form either by fax or email. No phone orders are accepted. A 60% deposit is required on all orders and the remaining balance paid in full for a shipment to be released.  New accounts require full payment.
